So we have the ability to raise purchase orders at a supplier eliminating having to fill them in later when back in the office.

We estimate the cost of jobs more than quoting as we don't know what is actually required until we get things stripped down.

When we have workers on the road and they are at a supplier they can issue the supplier a electronic Purchase order straight from the app with out having to contact the office or go back to the office to use thier PC!!

All of my clients want to sign quotes and send them back easily without having to print it sign it and scan it back. Mobile phone friendly with electronic signing would be amazing. We have signed quotes this way many times and it’s amazing.

All will benefit due to terms being set for payment
